Ownership shares purchased with Dare to Dream Racing are non-refundable. Once a purchase or transaction for an ownership share is completed and processed, it is considered final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind, personal financial situations, or dissatisfaction with the service or experience.

3. Cancellation and Exit Policy

While refunds are not provided, we do offer a clear pathway for owners to exit their participation in the partnership.

 

• Notice Period: If you wish to leave the ownership partnership, you are required to provide a minimum of 3 months’ written notice. This notice period is necessary to cover the ongoing training, care, and maintenance costs associated with the horse.

• Commencement of Notice Period: The 3-month notice period will commence from the date your written notice is acknowledged by Dare to Dream Racing. This means you will be liable for associated costs during the 3-month period, regardless of the date on which you notify us of your intent to exit.

• Notification Process: To submit your notice of exit, please send a formal written request via email to daretodreamracing@gmail.com. In exceptional circumstances, such as the closure or termination of the Dare to Dream Racing programme or unforeseen events beyond our control, we will provide affected members with clear guidance and support. This may include potential options for the transfer, redirection, or reallocation of ownership shares.
